Article 1 - Applicability

1. These terms apply to all offers, orders and agreements via the Minimaps website.
2. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.

Article 2 - Products and delivery

1. Minimaps only sells digital products, including PDF files and access to digital content such as interactive treasure hunts.
2. After successful payment, the product is made available immediately via download, email or a personal access link.
3. If access applies for a described period, that period will be stated in advance with the product or offer.
4. No physical delivery takes place.

Article 3 - Right of withdrawal

1. A 14-day withdrawal period generally applies to digital products.
2. The customer explicitly agrees that delivery starts immediately after purchase and acknowledges that this waives the right of withdrawal.
3. After starting a download, opening an access link or obtaining access to the product, withdrawal and refunds are no longer possible.

Article 4 - Price and payment

1. All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
2. Payment is made via the methods offered on the website.
3. The agreement is concluded upon successful payment.

Article 5 - Use and license

1. The products are intended for personal use only.
2. Digital access is personal and intended only for normal private use.
3. Access is provided via the email address supplied by the customer or via a personal access link.
4. The customer is responsible for providing the correct email address and for having access to that email address.
5. It is not permitted to copy, share, resell, publish or commercially use products, access links or other access credentials without written permission from Minimaps.
6. All intellectual property rights remain with Minimaps.

Article 6 - Liability

1. Minimaps products are for informational purposes and serve as a tool.
2. Use of maps, routes and other files is entirely at your own risk.
3. Minimaps does not guarantee that routes are up to date, complete or error-free.
4. Minimaps is not liable for damage, injury, loss, fines or other consequences resulting from use of the products.
5. Liability is always limited to the amount paid for the product.

Article 7 - Technical functionality

1. Minimaps does not guarantee that products work on all devices, software or apps.
2. Minimaps does not guarantee that digital access will be uninterrupted or always immediately available.
3. Access may depend on email delivery, internet connectivity, browser compatibility and temporary technical sessions or security checks.
4. The customer is responsible for having suitable equipment and software.
5. If a product grants access for a described period, access ends automatically after that period has expired.

Article 8 - Force majeure

1. Minimaps is not liable for delays or failure due to force majeure.
2. This includes disruptions, technical failures, internet outages or third-party service issues.

Article 9 - Governing law

1. Dutch law applies exclusively.
2. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Article 10 - Changes

1. Minimaps reserves the right to modify these terms.
2. The most recent version is always available on the website.
