Cycling route along the coast of Walcheren

This junction cycling route takes you past some of the most beautiful coastal spots of Walcheren. Via Vrouwenpolder you reach the historic town of Veere and the area around the Oranjeplaat. You cycle along the Veerse Meer towards Arnemuiden, after which the route follows the Westerschelde past Ritthem to the maritime city of Vlissingen. The route then continues towards Dishoek, Groot Valkenisse and Zoutelande, known for their south-facing beaches and high dunes. Finally you cycle to Westkapelle, where you have views of the lighthouse and the impressive sea dike.
